Return Policy 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you decide you no longer want the product.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty or if you have received the wrong product. If you have received the incorrect product, or a product is damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
