Usage:  as often as needed at any time. However, we do recommend using before going to bed.

Directions: Apply to a clean dry face (ensure there is no moisturiser, serum or any other product on the pimple you are treating to ensure good adhesion) sticking directly over any pimples. Leave on for a minimum 6 hours and maximum of 12 hours at a time.
